Training Details
DiSC® sessions run 2 to 3.5 hours, depending on the selected solution, and can accommodate up to 20 participants (15 for WOL). Individual personal assessments are required for training.
As an authorized DiSC® partner, we provide optimization through behavioral assessments that help individuals understand their unique communication styles while also teaching participants how to recognize and adapt to the communication needs of those around them. This increases overall communication effectiveness and fosters stronger collaboration, leading to increased productivity.
Our DiSC® offerings—Agile EQ™, Workplace, and Work of Leaders (WOL)—equip individuals and teams with the tools they need to adapt, communicate effectively, and build cohesive working relationships.
